I'll start by telling you that both are 100% natural with nothing added.The first seasoning has been on the market since 2017 and is the Original, the packaging is light gray. It contains a little pepper.The new seasoning came out last year 2024 and is pepper-free, has turmeric and coriander.You can mix both seasonings because they contain different ingredients and the flavor of both is brutally good.
