What are the payment methods?

Our payment methods are as follows:
Card with Visa logo, Credit Card, PayPal and you can send us a money order and now we have Ath mobile.

For mobile Ath or Postal Money Order service, you must contact us via chat or by phone at (787) 907-3362 to let you know the total amount of your order and exchange information to place your order and ship it correctly.

For money orders, you must write to our email: iletriz@cabepilijjoi.com (iletriz@cabepilijjoi.com)or through the chat. Please note that you must write us the quantity of seasonings you wish to order and if you reside in Puerto Rico or the US so that we can notify you of the total with the shipping cost.

We will also send you the necessary information so you can send it. Only money orders are accepted, not from a bank or Walmart.

We do not have Ath Movil or Zelle service

No, but we will take back any unused portion for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

How many seasonings do you sell?

Hello, I am glad to be able to answer your question immediately. Well, at the moment we have two seasonings. I'll start by telling you that both are 100% natural with nothing added.

The first seasoning has been on the market since 2017 and is the Original, the packaging is light gray. It contains a little pepper.

The new seasoning came out last year 2024 and is pepper-free, has turmeric and coriander.

You can mix both seasonings because they contain different ingredients and the flavor of both is brutally good. I'm not lying.

Here I will tell you very well the ingredients of each one.

Original seasoning: Onion, sea salt (reduced), garlic, oregano, pepper, parsley and red pepper

Pepperless Seasoning: Onion, Garlic, Sea Salt (reduced), Oregano, Cilantro and Turmeric

Our seasonings are very low in salt and the salt used is natural sea salt.

We have the original seasoning which has a light gray packaging and contains pepper.

We also have a second seasoning with blue-green packaging, it does not contain pepper.

The ingredients of the original seasoning are: onion, sea salt, garlic, parsley, bell pepper, pepper, oregano

The ingredients of the pepperless seasoning are: onion, sea salt, garlic, coriander, turmeric and oregano.

Where do you ship to and how long does it take to get to me?

Hello! I'm glad I could help you right away.

We ship only to the United States and its Territories (Puerto Rico, Hawaii, etc.)

Orders are usually shipped on the third day after you place your order, it always depends on the volume of orders we have to process.

It may then take 5 to 7 days to arrive at your home, it will always depend on the postal service, since we have no control over the handling of the postal mail. Once the order leaves our facilities, you will receive an email to the email address you wrote on your order with the tracking number so you can follow the transit of your order. Please keep an eye on this email.

Please note that orders for a single seasoning are shipped "first class" meaning it may take a little longer than other orders.
