Ingredients:

1 Tomato

1 green lemon (the juice)

1/4 t. Cilantro, finely chopped

1/2 Jalapeno seeded

1/2 Onion cut small

Pinch of Salt

Procedure:

Add all the ingredients into a container and mix well. Place in the refrigerator and consume cold.
