Fried Quail

Fried quail

Ingredients:

2 quail

2 tablespoons CabepiliJjoi® marinade

1 tablespoon of paprika

2 cloves of garlic

Plenty of oil for frying

 

Procedure:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a container until a paste forms.

2. Place the quail on a baking tray and rub the paste all over including under the skin.

3. Cover it and let it rest for 1 hour.

4. Preheat the oil over medium heat

5. Fry, once cooked, drain excess oil on absorbent paper.

6. Cut the quail in half and serve.
