Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of achiote olive oil

½ cup small chopped onion

¼ cup small chopped bell peppers

½ cup small chopped tomatoes

2 cloves of crushed garlic

1 can 2.6 ounces tuna in water

½ cup tomato sauce

¾ teaspoon CabepiliJjoi® marinade

1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro

¼ cup water

 

Procedure:

1. Pour the oil into a small frying pan.

2. Add the onion and peppers, cook for 5 minutes with the lid on over low heat.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook with the lid on until all the ingredients are combined.

4. Serve hot or cold with nachos or crackers.
